Last day...

well later today the final submission of the watch is due... so i decided that despite the fact that my daily evaluations thing didnt go as expected, i will have a final and deep analysis of the watch.. so the watch was packed last week and actually i didnt open it this week at all.. i dont know how the professor is going to react to that, but as a matter of fact i know a couple of people who have done the same.. so the question weather i should be buying the watch or not is answered right there i would guess. but still like a good MBA student i will do the anaylsis later in the day about the pro's & cons..

3 more days....

well missed it yesterday so its just 3 more days now... well to begin with yesterday i felt i needed the watch while we started playing some games at the office & i thought the stop watch would have been useful, but then that was just at that particluar moment. apart from that day went on cool, the weather was wondeful & i didnt had the watch on to find out what the temprature (??) actually was..

Today:

got up early had the watch on , probably the last time my office folks would see this. had it on most of the day and kept playing with horroscopes, my personal quotes i have set on the site and stuff like that.. so lots of people asked me about the watch yet again & i took great pride in telling them about this sci-fi watch..

verdict: umm could be kept, its not that bad after all.. ;)

5 days more...

so i decided to do this analysis, you know the utility thing for the last week of the watch(or should i say possibly the last week) and could you believe it i messed it up.. i was in such rush this morning that i didnt wear the watch at all.. and believe it or not i didnt realise it untill i got a response from one of my friends whom i had sent the article on blogs costing jobs.. so i really didnt need the watch for time, i didnt need to check stocks on as i was online, i didnt need to figure out the movies/ the horroscope et al... so where is the utility or the drive which may force me to continue with the watch..

well well.. day 2 verdict: do i need it? i guess NO

6 Days to go..

so here we are, just 6 more days and this watch is going back home, high time to identify if i need it after returning it or not.. so the first day evalutaion :
1. needed to look for time a couple of times.(Could do the same with my cell phone anyways).
2. Getting used to looking at weather(Knowing pretty well chances are bright that its not right)
3. Stocks..( Umm cant blame this feature. helps me for sure and yeah my roomie too)
4. Movies (well the funny thing is i just returned from a movie as VOLTS-a contract co. with microsoft- had provided free tickets to my friend whi works for them, but he didnt tell me what movie we are supposed to go, so i tried figuring it out with thee watch & got so close..(Crossroads theater playing 3 movies, so i knew its got to be one of those)

Verdict day 1: pretty much fun & useful at the same time.

Utility

well just one more week to go before we return our watches.. so i its high time i start analysing the utility of watch to me and the real usage in terms of cost(still unknown to me). though the fun part is cool and given a chance i would prefer to keep the watch, but then one needs to know the price and also has to be analytical (well MBA student haa) about the usage and moeny spent on the same, so i have decided this week would be the analysis week and everyday i will try to see how much time i spent on the watch & how much time spent actually was of utility, though am pretty sure now the weather function is messed up. lets get to know how much of utility is this watch to me before next monday.

Weather....

well well well.. sitting in my room i would imagine the weather is pretty cold out there.. and trust me thats what i thought till say around noon thanks to our little watch. as soon as i walk out i realise its not as cold as the watch was suggesting & my worst apprehnesions come true when i cross the Crossroads mall and the weather they show is not the same my watch is suggesting. so for how long has this weather thing been tricking me, i guess i thought about the same once earlier too, but just slipped out of my mind since then. should be on one of my blogs. aah and yeah i realise i have missed a lot of classes & havent put up so many blogs, god only help my grade now..(well i know the professor is reading ;) )

Horroscope..

well well.. well didnt know this tiny little thing would also tell me my horroscope, just navigating through the website i realised i could also have my horroscopes in there from the watch.. though i would still prefer some indian horrcscope website, but still for a god fearing hindu this discovery is no less then a BIG DEAL, am sure this is a bonus feature which i would loveeeee to use form now on.. gosh only if i knew this earlier...
